That means getting rid of the green and black growth, lifting deep dirt, and significantly improving staining—especially in high-traffic areas like driveways and walkways.

At the same time, we take care to protect your property throughout the process. Surrounding areas are treated with attention, and everything is thoroughly rinsed so your home, plants, and surfaces are left clean and safe when we’re done.

Most jobs are completed in under a couple hours, and all we ask is that the area is cleared beforehand. You’ll typically be able to walk on the surface shortly after, and drive on it once it’s fully dry.

As for results, most concrete stays clean for 1–2 years depending on things like shade, moisture, and traffic. While the majority of stains are completely removed, some deeper oil stains may lighten rather than fully disappear—but even those see a noticeable improvement.
